Participants are responsible for independently assessing third-party products and services before entering into agreements or making payments.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Organiser, NOW and their respective affiliates, officers, employees and representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or similar losses arising from or connected with participation in the Event, including financial or business losses resulting from reliance on independently presented speaker content.

The Event and its content are provided on an "as available" basis without any guarantee of specific results, uninterrupted access or the accuracy and completeness of third-party content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The protections expressly provided to NOW and its relevant affiliates are intended for their benefit and may be relied upon by them to the extent permitted by applicable law.
